The Annual General meeting of the Association will be held at 9:00 AM on Saturday 26th November 2011 at ASLGSC Head Office.
Members are requested to submit any resolutions to be taken up at the AGM to the Secretary, ASLGSC, 139, D. P. Wijesinghe Mw., Pelawatta, Battaramulla latest by 15th November 2011.

a.    Observance of 2 minutes silence
b.    President’s address
c.    Reading and adoption of Minutes of last AGM
d.    Annual report
e.    Statement of Accounts
f.    Election of office bearers
g.    Resolutions and Motions

ANNUAL DINNER DANCE 2011

The Annual Dinner will be held on 26th November at Palm Lounge, Galle Face Hotel from 7:30PM to 12.00 midnight. Rates are as follows:
Dinner Dance Ticket - Adult  Rs. 2000.00
Children under 12 years        Rs. 1000.00
Children under 05 years        Free

You may bring your own drinks, One bottle of Vodka and a Wine bottle will be served on the table free of charge. No corkage will be charged. Dress code: Smart Casual. A live Band will be providing the music.
